Mrs. Rachel Hur Kindergarten B.A. in Public Health Education from Ewah Women’s University, Seoul, Korea. TESOL Post graduate Certificate from London King’s College, England, UK. Born and raised in Seoul, Mrs. Hur taught high school classes before marriage. After marriage, she has lived both in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and Sheffield, England for eight years. In England, she worked as a Korean language instructor in the East Asian Studies Department of Sheffield University, where her husband earns his Ph. D. She has been serving at S.C.S. since 2004. She says, “My vision is to let my students have eternal joy by loving and trusting God.” She likes listening to music and watching movies with her family. |

Mrs. Chin Park 4th/5th grade ESL B.A. in English Literature , University of Georgia TESOL, University of Georgia Mrs. Park worked as the school-parent liason at Cub Run Elementary School, Fairfax County, Virginia. She has also worked as a multilingual interpreter for Fairfax Country Public School and as a verification assistant for Fairfax County. While in Georgia, she was an instructor for the ESL Program at the University of Georgia. “I feel truly blessed to teach at Seoul Christian School where the faithful servants of God come together to serve Him by teaching students the true meaning of being a Christian. I am very fortunate to always be around great teachers, my students. |

Miss Holly Sisco Elementary Teacher 1rst grade B.S. in Elementary Education from Bob Jones University Miss Sisco was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. She attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. This is her first year teaching at Seoul Christian School. She says, “Teaching in Korea gives me the opportunity to serve the Lord by teaching elementary students.” Miss Sisco has an adopted sibling from Korea. |

Mylinda Pritt 2nd grade B.S. in Elementary Education, Bob Jones University Mylinda grew up in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. She has enjoyed teaching in Korea since January of 2006, when she arrived to take over her sister, April’s 3rd grade class. (April married and had to move to Pyeongtek.) The class was thrilled to change from Miss Pritt to Miss Pritt! Mylinda has a second degree black belt in Korean Taekwondo. Her desire is to be fluent in Korean so she can clearly communicate Christ to the people around her. |

Dr. Ken Johnson, Secondary Principal Bible Dr. Johnson received a B.A. in Bible and an M.A. in Theology from Bob Jones University, and a D.D. from International School of Missions. In adddition to his SCS duties Dr. Johnson is also president of Bob Jones Memorial Seminary and pastor of Seoul Bible Church. He has been a missionary in Korea since 1974. He and his wife have three adopted Korean children.

Miss Linda Rupert Elementary Music, High School Choirs. Studied Elementary Education at Ohio State University As a lover of nature and kids, Miss Rupert has spent time, during her summer breaks, working as a counselor at Peniel Bible Camp in Fredricktown, Ohio. She loves to sing and play the piano, and while in Korea spent two years singing in the International Choir, “Seoul Singers.” Traveling also piques her interest, and she has enjoyed having the opportunity to discover different parts of Korea as well as various countries throughout Asia. |
